American media personality, socialite, businesswoman and model, Paris Hilton has recently shown her unwavering support towards Britney Spears as the singer attempts to end her conservatorship after 13 years. Speaking with Gigi Gorgeous and Nats Getty on her This is a podcast, Hilton admitted that Britney's emotional testimony on June 23rd was "hard to hear" but labelled the Toxic singer "incredibly brave and an inspiration" for making her voice heard.

Adding that she stands firm with the #FreeBritney movement to end her conservatorship.

"That was hard to hear, just her whole testimony. I knew she was being controlled, but not in ways like that, that just broke my heart."

"Dealing with it as a teenager was hard, but I can't imagine still, as an adult, after working your entire life.

"She's built a huge empire. She's a legend. She's an icon. She's a mother. She's amazing, and she has these people controlling her money, her life. I'm so proud of her for speaking up and using her voice."

On Tuesday, Paris took to Twitter to air her views further, thus writing,

"I will always support and love Britney. She is so kind and sweet, and she deserves her freedom. I've been saying #FreeBritney for a long time, and I will keep saying it until she is free. We all need to use our voices to protect victims of abuse."

"Britney is so incredibly brave and an inspiration for speaking her truth. I know personally how hard it is to come forward to tell your story, and so I hope Britney knows that she is so loved and supported by the world right now. #FreeBritneyNOW"

Recently, the court order has kept Britney's dad in control of her personal and financial decisions for 13 years following her multiple involuntary holds in psychiatric hospitals.

Britney, 39, remotely spoke for 23 minutes at the hearing in a Los Angeles court. She pleaded with Judge Brenda Penny to remove her dad Jamie from the legal order-making further allegations, including being forced to tour.
