Bob Collymore - An Year After His Passing

The late Bob Collymore's family and close friends known as the 'Boys Club' united on Tuesday, June 30 to pay respect to the former Safaricom CEO.
The term 'Boys Club came to light exactly a year ago when Collymore succumbed to Cancer.
The club includes Radio Africa Group CEO Patrick Quarcoo Citizen TV anchor Jeff Koinange, Scan group CEO Bharat Thakrar, politician and banking magnate Peter Kenneth, and Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) CEO Joshua Oigara.
The group was hosted by Collymore's widow Wambui Kamiru Collymore at her home to mark one Year since her husband's passing.
Jeff Koinange did not forget to thank Wambui for bringing them together through his Instagram page;
"One Year later, Our Captain's Spirit lives on through his Amazing wife, @wambuikamiru and The BOYZ Club! Thanks for bringing us together, Wambui! We shall continue to keep #CelebratingBob." Wambui on the other hand during an interview did not forget to appreciate the group for being there for her; "They have been very supportive. They have checked on me constantly. I feel like I'm part of a family with the boys' club." Wambui went further and invited her social media family to a specially recorded performance; "Looking forward to a special recorded performance by @bob.collymore 😊 and lots of other amazing musicians who have all played on the #SafaricomJazz stage."
