Gospel singer Kambua has not only made a social media comeback, but is also set to cruise our tv screens sooner than we expected.

Following the exit of Enid Moraa on Gospel show Rauka, Citizen TV made changes which saw singer Kambua become the show’s new host.

On Sunday, July 21, 2019, Karwirwa Laura became Kambua’s replacement and co-hosted Bambika alongside Timeless Noel, DJ Gee Gee and Holy Dave.

However, the singer is now back on TV as she appeared Sunday morning on Rauka.

Taking to social media, Karwirwa stated that she was elated to pass the mantle back to Kambua, further stating that she would be going on a break and coming back to continue with Bambika.

Ba-bye #Rauka! It's been an amazing honor holding the fort for @kambuamuziki 🙏🏽 I'll be taking a short break and from there we continue to interact on #Bambika, Gospel Sunday. Thank you so much for your continued support and love 🙏🏽🙂,” read Karwirwa’s post.

Kambua took a social media break on February 15, following the sudden demise of her new born baby named Malachi Manundu Muthiga Mathu.

On May 28, 2021, she made a comeback saying love had lifted her from a place of deep pain and despair.
